Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ra99 platform available at ra99.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ra99 (the "Company" or "Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ra99 platform and close your account. Continued use of any ra99 service — including browsing, depositing, placing bets, or playing games — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current form.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ra99 website at ra99.im, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any ra99-branded service or product.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a ra99 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ra99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka amount held in a Player's ra99 Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific promotion and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other approved payment method, net of any withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and any other product offered by ra99 on the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ra99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. ra99 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request identity verification documents to confirm age at any point.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold, and have never held, an account at ra99 that was permanently suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of ra99 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction, and you take sole responsibility for ensuring your participation is lawful under applicable local law.

ra99 does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. If the Company identifies that a minor has accessed the Platform, the account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reversed where technically possible, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ra99 Services, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to all ra99 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ra99 Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances derived through abuse.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ra99 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication option linked to your bKash or Nagad number.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify ra99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ra99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account Balance to any other person.

ra99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at its sole discretion, with or without stating a reason, provided that real-money funds legitimately deposited and not subject to pending investigations are returned to the Player via the original payment method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ra99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: ra99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ra99's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳100. ra99 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions or payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 hours, subject to identity verification status and any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Verification Requirement: ra99 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• No Third-Party Payments: Players may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts will be returned and may trigger an Account review.
• No Fees: ra99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ra99's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

ra99 offers promotional bonuses, matched deposit offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ra99 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including Players identified as bonus abusers or arbitrage bettors.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, placing offsetting bets, using automated tools, or coordinating with other Players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
• Withdrawal Order: When a Player requests a withdrawal while holding both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are withdrawn first. Bonus Funds remain subject to wagering requirements.

ra99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be announced via the ra99 Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.

Game Rules & Betting

The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the ra99 Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets:

• RNG Certification: All ra99 casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other approved studios. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by the Company.
• Game Rules Precedence: Each individual game is governed by its own set of rules as defined by the game provider. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall take precedence with respect to game mechanics, and these Terms shall take precedence with respect to payments, accounts, and conduct.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once the Player receives an on-screen confirmation. Bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues or system errors are not valid and will not be settled.

• Sports Betting: For cricket and other sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has been determined (due to latency or display errors) will be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: ra99 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session or single-bet payout cap. Where such limits apply, they will be stated in the relevant game or market rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ra99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or permitting another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the ra99 Platform — including but not limited to the ra99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied under licence from game providers, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licenced to ra99. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a right or licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ra99 intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

• Any tax liability arising from winnings or losses incurred on the Platform, which remains solely the Player's responsibility.

ra99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that Player at the time of the incident.

Privacy & Data

Governing Law
